Merrimack River Flies Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Each of our branded flies is hand-tied by Ed Hudon in our Byfield Massachusetts shop. We strive to tie and ship your purchases in approximately 7 BUSINESS days (M-F) of receipt. Occasionally, we may fall behind and will ensure to contact you and let you know the expected date of shipment. Jigs, leaders, rods, and reels will be shipped in approximately 3 days or receipt.
We ship products anywhere in the United States using first class or flat rate priority mail. Larger orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS. When you place an order we’ll estimate shipping dates based upon the availability of your items. Our shipping charges are determined by the estimated total weight of your order.
International orders are shipped via United State Postal Service Priority mail and I provide tracking emails to the customer. Merrimack River Flies can’t track USPS First Class packages through customs and will provide proof of acceptance by the US Postal Service upon request. Merrimack River Flies isn’t responsible for shipping delays or Losses caused by customs authorities. Our shipping charges are determined by the estimated total weight of your order.
