This Spey Casting Fly Rod is specially built for Steelhead  or Salmon Fishing. The rod is 13 feet long and breaks down to 4 pieces with reinforced ferrules. It weighs approximately 7 1/2 ounces, and is rated to fish with a 7 or 8 weight line.

The rod is made from a dark mahogany brown IM-6 Graphite blank with dark maroon silk thread wrapping.    The rod is finished with double stripper guides and 10 gun metal gray, stainless steel, single foot fly rod guides.  A stainless steel tip top and a line keeper are standard.

The cork handles are made from high density Portuguese Cork and is of the Full-Wells design. The butt section handle is non-detachable. The up-locking, double ring reel seat is anodized titanium finished aluminum with a blue/green graphite insert. The rod comes with a rod bag, but not a rod tube.
